Applying is free. Getting in has one price.

You pay the program fee once, only after a company selects you. Every application is read either way.

Program fee

$499

One-time, charged when a company makes you an offer and before your introduction is released. Nothing is charged when you apply.

Begin application

What the fee covers

The introduction

Contact details unlock for you and the company, and the internship is confirmed.

Your offer letter

A formal record of the placement, issued as a PDF.

Onboarding checklist

Paperwork, start date, and expectations settled before day one.

Midpoint check-in

BlueRobins checks in with you and the company halfway through.

Final check-in

A closing conversation at the end of the internship.

Completion certificate

Issued after the final check-in.

The review of your application, the shortlist, and the company's decision all happen before any payment.

Already on BlueRobins? The fee is waived.

Students who purchased a project on the main BlueRobins platform, and mentors who taught there, pay nothing. Eligibility is checked automatically before checkout.

The fine print

The program fee pays for First Orbit program support and the release of a placement a company has already offered — it does not guarantee a placement or any other outcome, and every selection decision is made by the company, not by BlueRobins.

Internships are educational and volunteer by default. Some companies offer a stipend, accommodation, course credit, or a salary; when they do, it is stated on the listing.
